Our extruders deliver 1–2 times higher throughput than conventional low-torque twin screw extruders of the same size. The largest model achieves a maximum throughput of 12 t/h per unit.
Under the same production capacity, our compact extruders can replace larger models from competitors. For example, our HPL51 delivers higher throughput than standard 65-type extruders, reducing energy consumption, raw material waste and factory floor space. Additionally, we use heating rods instead of traditional cast copper heaters, saving 15%–20% of energy consumption.
The output shaft adopts an unloaded bearing design, which significantly extends the service life of bearings on the vulnerable shaft. Our gearboxes have a designed service life of 72,000 hours (equivalent to 10 years of normal operation).
