• The feeding barrel section is CNC-machined to match the exact center distance and screw diameter of ZSK40, ensuring a drop-in fit without any modification.
• An optimized screw geometry inside the feeder hopper prevents material bridging: we use a twin-screw feeding mechanism with self-wiping profiles, proven on high- bulk-density CaCO₃ and low-bulk-density carbon black.
• The 10-50% proportion range refers to the effective filling degree of the extruder screw channel. Our integrated control lets you fine-tune the feeder rpm to match main screw speed, keeping the specific feed load constant.
